Food was very good! It took awhile to get our food / drinks because it was so busy, but our server was very apologetic and friendly! He took care of us and made sure we were doing okay. Pickle fries were very good as well as the chicken sandwich. Overall great experience.

The walleye sandwich was huge and was perfectly made. Romaine leafs and tomatoes were fresh, even the bun seemed just made. Staff was very friendly. Bikers if your out riding 113 ,lobo's is close and the fries alone are worth the stop.

I must say that my experience was absolutely outstanding. The service is very professional and the food is remarkably delicious. The taste and the freshness of it absolutely outstanding. The texture of the food and how well it's prepared is very delightful. I would definitely return and get deferent food the next time. They have a bar if you want to drink and relax. If you want to eat the food is so good it actually melts right in your mouth

This place is awesome. We stopped here for supper one night when they had a band in. It was crazy busy for a place as one guy described it "in the middle of nowhere". The service was great, especially considering how busy they were. One thing I haven't mentioned in this review is the reason for the name Lobo's. If you've never heard of Lobo before, they have the story on the back of their menu. It is worth a read, especially if you're a hunter.

All things to be considered, the prices blew me away! You'll be hard pressed to find a platter like this anywhere for 10.00! That's no misprint! We arrived 30 minutes before the menu changed from breakfast to lunch. While it took 45 minutes to get our food, it was worth the wait. The place was almost packed, and only two waitresses were running their tails off! I half contemplated that the cooks were taking their time filling orders simply to be easier on the floor help. Totally understandable and well played if that was the intent. I half expected the biscuits to be homemade peering at other dinners platters. Slightly disappointed that they aren't. The gravy on top was good, but not "Y'all spent some time down south!" type of gravy. However, the eggs were flawless! If you like them over-easy, they arrived hot off the griddle, yoke steaming, yet runny! Hashbrowns crisp and delicious! While these will never be Michelin stars, keep in mind this isn't Foie Gras and Champaign type of place. Its better than that. Laid-back true Minnesota nice, not concrete jungle dinner. I'm definitely looking forward to another visit and something from the afternoon menu.

Excellent food in such a comfortable place! We make it a point to come here when we are in the area. I was so impressed by our waitress Julie. Not only was she genuinely nice, she was extremely busy, and handled the room like a champ! That takes skill. She didn't miss a beat.

Exploring Itasca State Park and stopped at Lobo's for dinner. It's a very nice modern, open restaurant and bar. We had the cheese burger with sweet potato fries and California burger with fries. Burgers were very tasty and fries were just right.

We loved the food and the servers at Lobo's. It's now our go-to restaurant in the Lake Itasca area. They have a comfortable dog friendly patio, excellent beer selection, and delicious sandwiches, salads, fries, tater tots.....everything was fabulous, and the people were very friendly. Try the Turkey Overload and Brisket Sandwich. You won't be disappointed.
